At last, a twin input wideband system.

The 3H1 features all the functionality of the 3B1 wideband system but with a pair of lambda sensors.  Ideal for monitoring both banks of a "Vee" engine, sensing pre/post catalyst or monitoring engines such as the A-series where certain cylinders have a propensity to run leaner/richer than the rest.

The package includes a pair of the latest Bosch 7200 sensors.  You may like to consider the LA1 or LX1 displays for use with the 3H1.

  • Accuracy within 0.1 AFR (Lambda +/- 0.005).
  • 1 MB on-board logging memory
  • Socket for connection to your PC or data-logger
  • Configurable wideband up to 8 Volt output (12 bit DAC accuracy).
  • 6 analogue inputs configurable as:
    • up to 6 of 0 to 5 Volt inputs (4 differential, 2 single ended).
    • up to 4 of thermocouple inputs (all differential) .
  • Additional pulse input channel (for vehicle speed, etc.)
  • 10.5 to 19.5 Volt DC operation.
  • Simulated narrowband output.
  • RPM input from tacho or ECU for logging.
  • Supports LSU 4.0/4.2 (Bosch 6066/7057/7200 family), LSU 4.9 as well as NTK (L1H1/L2H2) sensor (requires NTK sensor cable).

Please note that this item is available as special order only.

The image at left shows how 3H1 is connected to other WBo2 wideband components.

Clockwise from the bottom left, the sensors are connected via two sensor cables. The sensor cables' circular 8 pin connectors mates with the wideband 3H1 unit. 3H1 needs a source of power provided by the two pin power connector. The 6 status LEDs are shown above the 10 pin connector.

Beside the LEDs is the logging button that controls on-board logging. Going from the front of 3H1 to the back, there are 20 I/O connector pins spread across an 4+6 (back) and 10 pin (front) unpluggable connectors. The back has another button, then a 6 pin JRJ45 connector carrying a low speed data channel for a dedicated display. Lastly there are two 8 pin RJ45 connectors carrying RS232 data as well as other signals that are used to provide connection to PC RS232 connectivity and an intelligent display. Shown are the LD02 and LA1 displays.
